LA Pride, June

4th July

We carefully integrated hundreds of sources into the wave-like mesh ribbon that wraps around the building, and fine-tuned these to create a non-stop shimmer of subtle, light animations".”

LA Awards Night

Well-loved West Hollywood shopping destination The Beverly Center was re-launched following a ten-year renovation project that completed in November 2018. The lighting design supports the transformation of the once monolithic façade into a dynamic civic canvas that can be themed to celebrate events.

Normally set to an elegant white light for everyday use, coloured animations are possible to mark occasions such as patriotic red, white and blue for the 4th of July.

Interiors

Inside, our design supports a sense of natural, effortless luminance and enhances the curved geometries. Complementing and balancing the daylight in the space, we integrated artificial light at the curved slab edges to create soft glowing 'rivers' of luminous metallic perforations. Light is refined and stylish, supporting a pleasant promenade while providing a framework for the storefronts to shine.
