Speirs Major

I’m a BIM Specialist with a background in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Project Management from Liverpool John Moores University. My expertise in advanced BIM workflows, visualisation, and parametric design allows me to integrate light seamlessly into architecture.

Since joining Speirs Major in 2024, I’ve contributed to landmark projects including the UK Pavilion for Expo 2025 Osaka, a new cultural venue in Europe, a mixed use development in Hong Kong, and a transport development in Asia. I thrive on projects with complex geometry, creating precise BIM models and compelling visuals that bring designs to life.

Outside of project work, I teach design software to students and professionals and enjoy painting, digital art, and 3D printing. I’m fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and am constantly inspired by diverse cultural influences.
