How do we think?
The 20/20 Vision project was has been conceived as a means by which to investigate, review, and agree, a series of simple, practical measures that we can adopt practice-wide to improve the way we design with light. Whilst the primary aim of the initiative is to guide create innovative and imaginative solutions to a range of challenges, it also seeks to ensure that we work in a more responsible way.
Originally inspired by Project Drawdown, a leading resource for climate solutions, the starting point was to consider over 100 lighting-related issues that impact society and the environment. These were reviewed and shortlisted down to 20 key areas that it was believed that we could – and should – be addressing through our work.
